2. App update or installation error information
- App update or initial installation may not proceed properly due to Google Play Store's own error phenomenon.
- Please try again after deleting data and cache in [Settings - Applications - Google Play Store - Storage] of the mobile device.

3. Information related to the phenomenon that the application cannot be executed
- Due to Android webview system problems, some devices may not be able to run the application.
- We will guide you on how to take action at the URL below, so please refer to it and use the application.

4. Others
- In order to use the Lotte Cinema mobile app comfortably, it is recommended to install it in an Android OS 5.0 or higher environment.

1. Required access rights
- Device and app records: Error correction and usability improvement

2. Optional access rights
-Location information: Provided when guiding the nearest movie theater (reservation, baro popcorn)
-Camera: QR code/barcode information reading, photo and video file upload when making a 1:1 inquiry to the customer center
- Photos∙Media∙Files: Upload photos and video files when making a 1:1 inquiry to the customer center, when logging in (informative PUSH message sent)
-Address Book: My Coupon Box, Gift Ticket, Store Gift
