KUESIONER PEMETAAN MUTU 2020 JENJANG SD
Sekolah dapat memberdayakan Tim Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Sekolah (TPMPS) agar dapat mengawal proses pengumpulan data dan informasi pemetaan mutu berjalan optimal. Kepala sekolah dan tim yang terlibat dalam pengisian hendaknya mempelajari secara seksama setiap butir pernyataan pada masing-masing komponen. Kepala sekolah dan tim dapat berkonsultasi dengan pengawas sekolah atau petugas pemetaan mutu daerah atau Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan untuk memperoleh informasi dan klarifikasi lebih lengkap terhadap setiap butir pertanyaan pada instrumen. Seluruh butir pertanyaan harus dijawab dan diisi sesuai dengan keadaan sebenarnya dengan mengacu pada bukti fisik dan non-fisik yang ada di sekolah yang akan diverifikasi dan validasi oleh pengawas sekolah saat kegiatan supervisi. Jawaban untuk setiap butir pertanyaan perlu diteliti kembali secara seksama sebelum dikirimkan ke Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan.
2020 SD QUALITY MAPPING QUESTIONNAIRE
Schools can empower the School Education Quality Assurance Team (TPMPS) so that they can oversee the process of collecting data and information on quality mapping runs optimally. The principal and the team involved in filling out should carefully study each item of the statement in each component. The principal and the team can consult with the school supervisor or district quality mapping officer or the Education Quality Assurance Agency to obtain more complete information and clarification on each question item on the instrument. All questions must be answered and filled in accordance with the actual situation by referring to the physical and non-physical evidence that is in the school which will be verified and validated by the school supervisor during the supervision activities. The answers to each question point need to be reviewed thoroughly before being sent to the Ministry of Education and Culture.
