Your data is only available to the locations within the statutory retention periods and for possible forwarding to the health authorities. After that, the locations no longer have access.

With twoogether, you can delete your data at any time, provided that there are no longer any statutory retention periods.

For companies

Twoogether was originally developed for the catering industry.
But companies from other industries, government institutions, authorities, associations or private individuals (for celebrations) can also use twoogether free of charge.

A "company account" can only be set up via our website (www.twoogether.com). Only after employees have been created in the company account can they log into the app with their @ ​​twoogether.team email address.

Guest registration type:
The guest registration takes place via a "check-in".
As a company, you can specify the "check-in" type (s).
● Self check-in (by the guest)
● Service check-in (by your service staff)

Optional functions:
Select the functions that make your day-to-day business easier or optimize your "guest service" processes. Our "optional functions" are also free of charge for you.

You can create as many locations as you want in your twoogether company account.
When installing, you can choose between the following options:

● A location for a restaurant (sole proprietorship)
● One location per branch (restaurant chains)
● A location for one or more areas
● One location per table

twoogether automatically generates a unique ID and the corresponding QR code for each created location.

For each location, twoogether automatically generates advertising material in different DIN formats (e.g. table stands in DIN A6). The advertising material is available in your company profile under Downloads as PDF files to print out yourself.
