Las empresas podrán visualizar las experiencias previas de los candidatos por medio del sistema de las valoraciones y el video curriculum. Los empleados podrán acceder a las valoraciones de las empresas al momento de aceptar ser contactados por las mismas, para poder elegir las mejores opciones.

¿Como funciona? La app tiene dos perfiles:
Perfil empleado: Bajate la app WorkOn, carga tus preferencias y tus oficios, graba tu video curriculum y ponete en ON. De esa manera estarás visible en el mapa de candidatos postulados para que las empresas puedan contactarte cuando necesiten cubrir una posición con tu experiencia.

Antes de elegirlos podrás visualizar la experiencia del candidato gracias al sistema de valoraciones y el video curriculum.
