طلسم ، سحر و جادو (به انگلیسی: Talisman) شیء یا نگاره‌ای متشکل از واژگان، شمارگان، اشکال و جداول است که دارای قدرت جادویی یا ماورایی است. زمان ماندگاری طلسم و جادو بسته به تعیین عامل و ارجاعات او به مبادی انرژی‌های غریبه است. تفاوت مهم میان دعا و طلسم، چگونگی فعال‌سازی آنها است.که دعا را به زبان مرسوم و کامل می‌نویسند، ولی در طلسم واژه‌هایی از دعا را با حروف مرموز می‌نویسند. به همین دلیل فهم نوشته‌های روی آن برای همه ممکن نیست.
