- Premium payment: premium payment, additional payment, free payment
- Insurance products: Online insurance, term/life, health/disaster, children, pension/savings, farmer related
- Customer Center: Announcements, events, mobile call center, consultation application, branch search, electronic civil complaint reception, frequently asked questions, financial consumer discretion
- Life service: health care, retirement planning diagnosis, training center information

To use the NH Nonghyup Life mobile app, you need to allow access as follows.

[Required access rights]
* This permission is absolutely necessary to use the NH Nonghyup Life app, and if not allowed, the use of the service is restricted.
- Storage space: import joint certificate, log in joint certificate
- Phone: To prevent electronic financial fraud, check device information and prevent double login

[Optional access rights]
* In the case of the permissions below, you can use the service even if you do not agree, but some functions may not work.
-Camera: When claiming accident insurance, take the required documents or import images from the gallery
- Location information: Use of branch search service

[Access right setting guide]
- Samsung terminal: Settings > Application Manager > NH Nonghyup Life > Permissions
- LG terminal: Settings > General > Apps > NH Nonghyup Life > Permissions

* If you are using a smartphone with Android OS version 6.0 (Marshmallow) or earlier, all required access rights are allowed without optional access rights.
* After upgrading the smartphone OS to 6.0 or higher, in order to reset access rights, you must delete and reinstall the already installed app.
* If the Android OS version is less than 5.0 (Lollipop), you cannot use the app. You must proceed with the smartphone OS update to use it.
