The technician app only works in conjunction with the building management software hausmanager . You can test the app by requesting a demo free house manager access to our website or by purchasing the house manager in our purchase or rental option.
Features:
▪ Task planning and activity recording with mobile devices for janitors, technicians, cleaners etc.
▪ Automatic update of tasks
▪ Data exchange via mobile internet on the way and in the object itself
▪ Offline function that always ensures working in basements, underground garages or other places with bad connections
▪ Display of current tasks and appointments with execution time, job description, contact persons etc. in list and calendar view
▪ Push notification for new tasks
▪ Recording of completed activities with place, time, photo, comments and used material
▪ Signature of employee and / or customer with receipt
▪ Acquisition of meter readings or inventory on site (eg via QR codes)
▪ Recording additionally performed services
▪ Creation of tickets (eg damages)
