• Why does my subway surfer crash?
  The freezing issue might be a consequence of excess cache on the app. Clearing the cache should improve the game's performance. To do that, GO to Settings -> Application Manager -> Subway Surfers -> Clear Cache. Doing those steps often solves the problem.

• Why doesn't my Multiplier go past 30?

  The highest multiplier you can reach is 30. After reaching multiplier 30, completing a Mission Set awards you with a Super Mystery Box instead of raising your multiplier.
  

• How do I reset my account?

  Unfortunately, it's no longer possible to have your account or High Score reset. 

  However, if you disconnect from Online Save and then reconnect again using a different Google/Game Center and Facebook account, you will also automatically reset ALL your progress.

  
  
• How do I get Dino?

  Dino can only be unlocked by connecting to Facebook in Subway Surfers. Whenever you connect to Facebook, you will automatically get Dino as a free bonus. If you have successfully connected to Facebook and Dino is still locked, please contact us using the contact form below.

  
  

• Can I change my email address?

  It's not possible to re-associate the game with another email address or account after it has been connected to Online Save. Connecting to Online Save using another email address will automatically create a new game, linked to that account.
  

• How do I get Boombot?

  Boombot can only be unlocked by making an in-app purchase in Subway Surfers. Whenever you make your first purchase, you will automatically get Boombot as a free bonus. If you have purchased an item from the Store and Boombot is still locked, please contact us using the contact form below.

• I lost my progress! How do I get it back?

  If you have previously used Online Save to save your progress, it can be restored by reconnecting to Online Save using the same Google or Game Center account. If you were not connected to Online Save before your progress was lost, we are, unfortunately, not able to restore your progress.

  Otherwise, you can restore your permanent real money purchases (Double Coins, Characters and Boards bought for real money). To do so, open Subway Surfers > go to the ‘Shop’ menu > tap on ‘Store’ > swipe all the way down and use the orange "Restore purchases" button. Make sure to be logged in with the same account the purchase was made in.

• How do I transfer my progress?

  To use Online Save, you need to:

  - Go to the game Settings on the device with the progress you want to save or transfer. Let’s call this “Device A”.

  - Connect to Online Save on this device using your Google or Game Center account.

  - Go to the game Settings on the other device you want to transfer your progress to. Let’s call this “Device B”.

  - Connect to Online Save on this device. Make sure that “Device B” is logged in to the same Google or Game Center account you used to save your progress on with ”Device A”.

  Otherwise, you can restore your permanent real money purchases. To do so, open Subway Surfers > go to the ‘Shop’ menu > tap on ‘Store’ > swipe all the way down and use the orange "Restore purchases" button. Make sure to be logged in with the same account the purchase was made in.

• I have lost a Character! Can I get it back?

  If you have lost a Character that you have unlocked previously and you used Online Save to save your progress, it can be restored by reconnecting to Online Save in the game’s ‘Settings’ menu. Be sure to reconnect using the same Google account/Game Center account as you used to save your progress. Note that Online Save is not available for Kindle devices.

  If you bought the Character with real money, you can also restore it in-game by going to ‘Shop’ > ‘Store’ > Scroll down and press "Restore Purchases". You need to be logged in with the same account the purchase was made in.

• How do I add/change my picture and name?

  When you connect to Facebook, Subway Surfers will automatically use your name and picture from there. It is not possible manually to add or change your picture and name in Subway Surfers.

• How do I get Keys?

  You can get Keys by watching the Daily Video, completing the Weekly Hunt or making an in-app purchase from the Store. Keys can also be obtained during a run or from opening Mystery Boxes.

• I can’t find the Facebook button!

  If you don't get the Facebook login option and you can't find it in the Settings menu, it means you are considered too young to connect with Facebook in Subway Surfers according to the age you have entered in the game.

  In order to connect with Facebook in Subway Surfers, you need to be considered an adult in your country. Once a date of birth has been entered, it cannot be changed. When you reach the appropriate age, the Facebook login option will be available once again.

• I don't see my friends in High Scores or Top Run!

  If you are not able to see your Facebook friends in the High Scores or Top Run menu, check that the following is in order:

  - Make sure that you are logged in to Facebook from the 'Settings' menu in Subway Surfers

  - Make sure that your friend(s) is/are logged in to Facebook

  If you don't see your friend in Top Run, also make sure that you compete in the same Top Run country. If not, you can change it in the Settings menu.

• I get an error message when I try to login to Facebook!

  There can be different reasons why you get an error message when you try to log into Facebook. The issue can usually be fixed by re-establishing the link to Facebook. You can do this by removing (NOT uninstalling) the Subway Surfers app from your Facebook Settings via either the Facebook app or an internet browser.

  How to remove Subway Surfers via the Facebook app:

   Go to 'Settings' > Open 'Settings & Privacy' > Tap 'Settings' > In the 'Security' section, tap 'Apps and Websites' > Tap 'Logged in with Facebook' > Select 'Subway Surfers' > Tap 'Remove' and accept

  If it still doesn't work, try reinstalling the Facebook app

  How to remove Subway Surfers via an internet browser:

  Go to 'Settings' on your Facebook account > Tap 'Apps and Websites' > Select 'Subway Surfers' > Tap 'Remove' and accept

• How do I restore purchases?

  If you are connected to Online Save, your purchases are saved with your account online. Your progress can then be restored by going to ‘Settings’ and connect to Online Save once again. In case an item disappears anyways, you can restore permanent real money purchases (Double Coins, Characters and Boards bought for real money) directly in the game:

  Go to 'Store' > Tap on 'Shop' > Scroll to the bottom > Tap the button 'Restore Purchases'

  It is, unfortunately, not possible to transfer progress and restore permanent real money purchases across device platforms (i.e. from iOS to Android).

• How do I get Boards?

  Boards can be unlocked in the Me menu for Coins or Keys or by making an in-app purchase.
  

• How do I bump into things?

  Bumping into something means that you have to collide or run into an obstacle. You can, for example, bump into a bush, train, or light signal. Bumping into obstacles will cause the inspector to show up right behind you which indicates that you have successfully bumped into something.
  

• How do I skip Missions?

  Missions can be skipped from the Missions menu in 'MyTour' -> 'Missions'. On some devices, you can also skip missions when you pause the game during a run.
  

• Does Subway Surfers have an end?

  The tracks featured in the game are the longest train tracks in the world. That's because they are virtually infinite and never end.
  

• Can I play Subway Surfers for free?

  This game is free to download and play. Some items in game must use real money to buy.

• Why do I never win the Jackpot?

  As with a real-world Lottery, you might have to give it some tries before you are lucky enough to win the Jackpot. While the Jackpot is rare, the prize is also big. Ultimately, it is a matter of luck whether you win the Jackpot.

• Can I get a refund for the Keys I have accidentally used?

  Unfortunately, all Key purchases are final and cannot be reverted. Therefore, a refund is not possible in this case.

  There are three lanes to run in, left, middle right. You switch lanes by swiping your finger from your character's lane to the lane you want to run in. You can avoid obstacles by rolling (swiping your finger down), or jumping (swiping your finger up). And of course moving from left to right.

  I don't know the exact number but yes there is a max speed. If you use the hover board that's also a rocket, it gives you a speed increase which will make things faster but only for the duration. I've made it to 2.3 million and the speed is the same as it was back at 500k.
• Does Subway Surfers save progress when deleted?
  If you were not connected to Online Save before your progress was lost, we are, unfortunately, not able to restore your progress. Be aware that Online Save can only sync progress to devices using the same operating system (Android to Android and iOS to iOS).
