제로페이(가맹점용)

1. 제로페이* 가맹점의 결제관리, 가맹점 관리
* 중소벤처기업부, 소상공인간편결제추진사업단, 서울시 등 지자체, 금융기관 등에서 추진하는 소상공인 간편결제 서비스명

1) 결제관리
- 제로페이 결제내역 조회 및 결제(승인) 취소 기능
* 앱에 결제 기능 없음

2) 직원관리
- 가맹점 담당자(가맹점주/사업등록자)가 가맹점에 소속된 직원을 승인관리
- 승인된 직원은 결제관리, QR관리 기능 사용

3) 가맹점 관리
- QR관리 : 가맹점에 설치된 고정형 QR코드 내역 조회/점검
- 가맹점 정보 조회


2. 이용방법

1) 가맹점주/사업등록자
- 회원가입
- 수집항목 : 생년월일, 성명, 휴대폰번호, 아이디/비밀번호
- 회원가입 시 본인인증 실시
- 가맹점 정보 조회/연결
: 사전에 오프라인 등으로 신청한 가맹점 내역을 조회하여 회원가입한 ID에 연결(매칭)

2) 직 원
- 직원등록신청(수집항목: 성명, 휴대폰번호, 비밀번호)
- 가맹점주가 신청을 승인하여 직원으로 등록. 직원은 회원가입절차 없음.

3) 가맹점주 지정
- 사업등록자(서류상 대표자)와 가맹점주(실운영자)가 동일인이 아닌 경우, 사업등록자가 가맹점 정보조회 메뉴에서 가맹점주를 지정
* 최초 연결(매칭) 시 가맹점주는 사업등록자로 설정

4) 기 타
- 공지사항, FAQ, 약관조회 게시판, 오류코드조회 등 운영


3. 접근 권한 안내
○ 필수적 접근권한
- 전화(휴대전화 상태 및 ID 읽기) : 회원식별정보 수집 (기기고유번호, OS 버전, 휴대폰번호)
- 카메라 : 고정형 QR 코드 검증 시 사용
- 저장공간(미디어, 파일 엑세스) : 거래내역 엑셀 파일 다운로드 시 사용

* No payment function in the app

2) Staff management
-Affiliated store manager (merchant owner/business registrant) approves and manages employees belonging to franchise store
-Approved employees use payment management and QR management functions

3) Affiliate management
-QR management: Inquiry/check the details of fixed QR code installed in affiliated stores
-Affiliate information inquiry


2. How to use

1) Franchise owner/business registrant
- Sign Up
-Collection items: date of birth, name, mobile phone number, ID/password
-When signing up as a member, personal verification
-Affiliate information inquiry/connection
: Link to the member ID registered by inquiring the details of affiliated stores that have been applied offline in advance (matching)

2) Employee
-Employee registration application (collection items: name, mobile phone number, password)
-The franchise owner approves the application and registers as an employee. There is no membership registration process for employees.

3) Designation of affiliated store owner
-If the business registrant (representative on the document) and the affiliated store owner (actual operator) are not the same person, the business registrant designates the affiliated store owner in the affiliate store information inquiry menu
* Upon initial connection (matching), the franchisee is set as the business registrant

4) Others
-Announcements, FAQ, Terms and Conditions inquiry bulletin board, error code inquiry, etc.


3. Access authority information
○ Required access rights
-Phone (read mobile phone status and ID): Collect member identification information (device unique number, OS version, mobile phone number)
-Camera: Used to verify fixed QR code
-Storage space (media, file access): Used to download the transaction details Excel file
