[What to do if the app cannot be installed]
1. If the standby state persists
1) Select an account on the main screen of ‘Google Play Store’
2) Select Updates from the App & Device Management menu
3) ‘Stop’ all items waiting for update and proceed with installing ‘Smart Chadori App’

2. If an error message appears
1)Smartphone Settings>Applications>Select ‘Google Play Store’
2) Proceed to ‘Delete Data’ in ‘Storage’ menu
3) After turning off the power of the smartphone, restart it and proceed with the installation of ‘Smart Chadori App’

3. If you cannot connect after installation
- Check V3 Mobile app installation (required to be installed as a financial mobile app)
