The Genertel app is dedicated to the management of quotes and policies purchased with the traditional Genertel.

If your access code is represented by a 7-digit number, this is the right App for you. If, on the other hand, your username matches the email chosen during the purchase of your policy, download the Genertel + app.

The app that makes your life easier. It allows you to manage Genertel - Genertellife policies and to quickly and easily access all services from smartphones and tablets. Your insurance always with you, wherever you are.

Easy access
• You do not have to remember any code or password: access Genertel and Genertellife mobile services with a single login using your mobile number
• You can give your app a higher level of protection, thanks to face recognition, fingerprint recognition, or with a simple PIN, depending on the device you use
• You can manage your insurance and those of your family members, up to a maximum of 5 accounts

Immediate assistance
• You have all the information about your insurance: payment deadlines, coverage included in the policy and merit class
• Useful numbers: the list of useful numbers for Genertel and Genertellife customers

Useful functions
• Digital insurance certificate: you always have the insurance certificate, valid for driving with your vehicle, within reach of your smartphone
• Notification Service: to remind you of deadlines and provide you with other important communications relating to your contracts, via push notifications or sms
• Stop & Go: to suspend and reactivate the insurance for free when the vehicle is not in circulation
• Mobile renewal: to renew your Genertel motor insurance with just a few clicks
• Roadside assistance: you can request the intervention of a tow truck, 24h / 24h, choosing between two methods: speak to an operator (call the dedicated Europ Assistance toll-free number) or "full digital" assistance (select the number plate, send the request and you can see the tow truck arriving directly on the map)
• Quality Driver: if you have purchased the Quality Driver product, you can track the installation of the Quality Driver Box on your vehicle on the app, monitor your driving style, request the location of your car in real time and, in case of theft, immediately call the operations center and receive assistance wherever you are, in Italy and abroad
• Mobile Claim Report: you can send a car, motorcycle and home accident report by attaching all the details and photos of the accident
• Location of the SiCura body shop: to locate the nearest affiliated body shop and calculate the route to reach it. You have the telephone number available for immediate contact
• Glass Break Assistance: you can book an appointment for the repair of your car in the Carglass center that is most convenient for you or at your home
• Request a mobile quote: you can immediately get a quote for your Genertel Auto, Motorbike, Vans, Home and Mortgage insurance, and Genertellife Life, Pension, Savings and Investment insurance. Plus, you see all your quotes and you can change them whenever you want.

For the functions: Roadside Assistance, Quality Driver, Mobile Claim Report and SiCura Bodywork, it may be necessary to use the GPS position of the phone (Genertel customers only).
