We are a selection nursery that has over 30 years of experience in plant production by in vitro culture, along which we have led and participated in numerous projects in the area of ​​biotechnology: sanitation by meristems, varietal characterization by techniques of molecular biology, forest mycorrhization and fruit trees, genetic transformation. Being in Spain the first nursery in incorporating this type of techniques for the multiplication of ligneous.

With production capacity of up to 12 Million plants, being currently the largest laboratory in Spain and the second in Europe in terms of production volume

Pioneers in the production of Paulownia for reforestation of agricultural land and biomass, with two registered ultra-fast growth clones.

We have fields of mother feet of more than 30 olive varieties, specialized in the production of varieties suitable for the intensive cultivation in hedge, with license for the production of the new variety Sikitita. We have our own clones in the certification process.

Obtaining the Alcudia, Del Pilar, and Barbarroja hybrids (almond x peach), with characteristics similar to GxN and in the process of being registered.

This trajectory has earned Cotevisa the award of the Cooperation University University Award granted by the Social Council of Valencia in 1993.

The Spanish Association of AEC Scientists annually awards the AEC Honor Plaques to leading scientists and science professionals, as well as to companies and institutions for their work in favor of R + D + i. Recognition granted in 2014 to Cotevisa as the largest in vitro culture laboratory in Spain, as a result of the outstanding work of Dr. Lorenzo García Ferríz, Director of R + D + i, for his collaborative work with Spanish universities and research centers.
