A warm welcome to the brand new app of KaamGaar. This app is built by employing and highlighting the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat, a startup program, initiated by our honorable Prime Minister.
In today’s fast-paced and dynamic world, the social strata are divided into the white-collar and blue-collar workers. Therefore, we, as a company, strive to create a sustainable environment for these blue-collared workers and address an organized blueprint regarding their employment.

Furthermore, the on-going global pandemic has highlighted the gap regarding the demand and supply due to the deficiency of employment opportunities for these people. Therefore, we wanted to create a digital interface to help them transition into the main stream work, and at the same time, educate them about the various technological advancements in that particular industry.

At this very moment, KaamGaar was born. In a nutshell, this is a digital app-oriented program developed to create a virtual, real-time shopping cart for employers. Through our app, employers are able to search and purchase information pertaining to the skilled, semi-skilled, and/or unskilled applicants as well as validate and track them.

Like a coin has two sides, we, as a company, have formulated an equal atmosphere for these workers. They are provided with a modern, digital interface, which allows them to register, search, evaluate, score and apply to suitable and appropriate jobs.
