MiAMPA

Mi AMPA es una plataforma que permite realizar gestiones del AMPA desde cualquier lugar a través de web o aplicación móvil, tableta u ordenador. Con MiAMPA se puede reducir hasta un 90% el tiempo dedicado a realizar gestiones de la AMPA. Mi AMPA está disponible en castellano, catalán, valenciano, gallego, euskera, inglés, francés, alemán, ruso, chino y árabe.

Inscripción de socios online:
Los padres/madres pueden inscribir a sus hijos como socios del AMPA y pagar la cuota de socio a través de la web o aplicación móvil sin tener que desplazarse al AMPA y sin necesidad de hacer colas. El AMPA evita así tener que recoger y guardar dinero en metálico.

Contabilidad:
Crea facturas o albaranes, da de alta clientes o proveedores, añade productos a catálogos o realiza asientos contables. Exporta el libro mayor, balance de sumas y saldos, balance de situación, etc...

Calendario de eventos:
Excursiones, charlas, conferencias, eventos organizados por el AMPA...aparecerán en un calendario de eventos que rellena el AMPA para que los padres/madres puedan consultarlos e incluso inscribir a sus hijos en dichos eventos. El AMPA podrá exportar listados de socios inscritos a eventos.

Gestión de extraescolares:
Se acabó gestionar las inscripciones y los grupos de extraescolares de forma manual o con papeles. Desde miampa.com podrás gestionar las inscripciones a actividades extraescolares, generar listados de inscritos y enviar a las empresas de extraescolares de manera automática los socios inscritos a cada extraescolar.

Carnet virtual de socio:
Permite al socio identificarse como tal, en establecimientos patrocinadores del Ampa, y permite al Ampa controlar la asistencia de socios a eventos.

Notificaciones:
Envío de notificaciones y correos electrónicos para que las familias los reciban en su dispositivos móviles o en la propia web del AMPA. Posibilidad de enviar notificaciones a usuarios concretos.

Banco de libros:
Simplifica las gestiones del banco de libros y facilita a los socios la gestión de esta tarea mostrando toda la información necesaria para acogerse al programa.

Gestión de patrocinadores:
Podrás mostrar información de colaboradores del AMPA, generalmente establecimientos comerciales que quieren colaborar o patrocinar al AMPA. Estos establecimientos podrán obtener clientes mediante publicidad en el AMPA y los socios podrán beneficiarse de descuentos, regalos,etc... incluso el AMPA puede obtener ayudas económicas a cambio de dicha publicidad.

Listados:
Se pueden exportar listados de todo tipo, de socios (filtrando por cursos), de usuarios (padres / madres), socios pendientes de pago, socios sin autorización para uso de imágenes, de inscritos a eventos, de inscritos a extraescolares, etc...

Tienda:
El Ampa puede vender a través de la tienda, chandals, sudaderas, gorras ..., en definitiva cualquier producto o servicio a sus socios.

Galería de imágenes:
El AMPA podrá publicar fácilmente álbumnes de fotos de sus eventos y mostrarlas únicamente a los padres/madres registrados en el AMPA.

Menús comedor:
Podrás publicar mensualmente el menú de comedor para que los padres/madres puedan consultar lo que van a comer sus hijos/hijas cada día.

Blog de noticias
Tendrás una sección en la web y aplicación donde publicar noticias que sean de interés para los socios del AMPA manteniéndolos siempre informados.

Web:
Página web del Ampa, con una parte pública para las familias y otra privada para la gestión del Ampa y publicación de contenido para las familias.

Documentos y descargas:
En la zona de descargas de la web puedes publicar archivos con información que pueda ser interesante para los socios y permitirles descargarlos. Publicaciones oficiales, información de becas, manuales, etc...

Total seguridad en cualquier acción que se realice ya que el servicio está alojado en servidores seguros con certificados SSL. Toda la infomación estará cifrada y segura.
